The Company – Account Executive

Founded over 10 years ago and based in beautiful Oxfordshire, We are working with a successful and rapidly growing PR & Communications agency to find a passionate and motivated Account Executive.  A dynamic and agile team that delivers powerful communication campaigns and bespoke PR strategies to a diverse range of B2B, Government and charity clients. Their client-base includes some huge players that are driving change both industry, and world - wide.

Their mission is simply to do exceptional work for their client-base. Through open, clear and honest communication they gain invaluable insight that allows them to act as an extension of their clients’ team and produce scalable and bespoke campaigns that support them in realising their strategic goals through a deep understanding of their audiences.

The Role – Account Executive

As a result of some huge client wins, this newly created role will see you work across key accounts to deliver impactful communications programmes, supporting the team through a variety of tasks including research and analysis, drafting press releases, Social Media Content Creation and monthly reporting.

Joining their team of experts across journalism, crisis and reputation management, International PR, public affairs and political consulting you will get to work alongside and learn from some of the best in the industry. Your professional development is at the top of their priority list and they offer genuine career progression and growth opportunities.

They offer great flexibility around hybrid working. You will only be required to attend the office 1 day a week, but with the option to go in as mush as you need.

Key responsibilities;

  • Creation of engaging social media content across LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Management of their CRM database, ensuring it is up-to date and with all relevant stakeholders and contacts
  • Supporting the team in all areas to deliver campaigns in line with the teams ethos of client service excellence
  • Research and supporting on new business pitches

Key Requirements;

  • Strong copywriting and English-speaking skills
  • 1 year’s agency experience
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • A motivated and ‘self-starting attitude’
