A hugely successful charity, with a sizable membership base, are looking for a Digital Communications executive to join their dynamic marketing department on a 12-month contract to push their communications across digital channels, with a nice focus on email marketing, social and some web. Ideal for data driven and insight led marketers!

Your Experience

  • Strong experience within email marketing campaigns is essential, ideally having worked across email marketing tool DotDigital.
  • Skills delivering bulk emails, ensuring they’re still personable and all campaigns are tracked and monitored
  • Utilising data to drive insight led campaigns and capably using analytics
  • Clear experience having worked with CRM
  • Social media experience, understanding how to produce and oversee social content across channels
  • A customer focused background and ability to recognise customer needs and how to communicate with them
  • Exceptional communications skills, with a love for writing content, whilst also ease with translating complex technical content into digestible and engaging content
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate with a range of people, both virtually and in-person
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management experience and this role will give you an excellent opportunity to engage with both internal and external stakeholders

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating compelling and engaging content for current members and the wider community
  • Confidently working across digital channels to deliver email campaigns, website content and attractive social media posts
  • Demonstrating capable skills within email marketing and CRM management, to execute personable yet bulk, email campaigns
  • Delivering audits and monitoring campaigns to drive insight led decisions and monitor campaign effectiveness
  • Driving news stories from the wider organisation to deliver across digital channels and socials
  • Working to improve engagement through email marketing with regular updates and database cleansing, driving monthly reports
  • Actively further improving digital communications and staying up to date with latest industry trends and also marcomms trends such as automation and new techniques

Due to the location of their office, this role is commutable from Milton Keynes, Luton, Slough,  Beaconsfield, Amersham, Aylesbury, Slough, Marlow, Princess Risborough and most parts of Buckinghamshire.
